naeycOur School Age Enrichment curriculum meets the Massachusetts Education Standards as specified in the Curriculum Frameworks and is accredited by the National AfterSchool Association (NAA).

ELIGIBILITY

The program is open to all families from Canton and its surrounding towns. Employees of the Mass Hospital School, Enable, Inc., Canton public school employees and siblings of children enrolled in other Cole-Harrington programs are given priority.

The program offers scholarships for families with incomes below 85% of the state median income.

Funding is available through state contracts with the Department of Early Education and Care to support the inclusion of children from low-income families and children at-risk for abuse and neglect.

The program actively collaborates with early intervention programs and local public schools to address the special education needs of all children.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

STAFF INFORMATION

The program coordinator has been with the program since its inception and is committed to working collaboratively with parents to create meaningful programs for children during children’s out of school time. Staff includes the program coordinator, an assistant program coordinator, four DOE certified teachers, three assistant teachers with EEC certification, five school age group leaders, and a student aide. A child psychologist and social worker provide monthly and bi-weekly consultation respectively.
